Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or disturbances
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of bar supplies
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience as a bartender in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages is a plus
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and ability to perform retail math calculations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and promote specials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and coworkers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure under pressure
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety protocols
- Experience working in sales or banquet settings is beneficial

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
